Prevent Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace with Training
As an employer, you could be held responsible for your employees’ actions if you haven’t taken reasonable steps to prevent bullying or harassment, or address complaints appropriately. These steps can include enforcing policies, procedures, and providing training programs for staff. This course helps you understand your responsibilities and how to effectively address these issues.

Delivery
We promote active participation from all attendees through engaging activities, case studies, and group discussions. Each session lasts for two hours, including setup and pack down. Training can be conducted on-site or at chosen locations. Participants will receive copies of the presentation slides and other relevant materials.
