According to SafeWork Australia, body stressing injuries—such as sprains and strains—account for 38% of serious workplace injury claims. We believe these injuries are largely preventable with a well-structured risk management approach. A key part of this is providing job-specific manual handling training. Our manual handling program combines both theory and hands-on practice, ensuring participants gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals while developing their ability to apply best-practice techniques in real-world scenarios. The training is designed to equip workers with the knowledge and skills needed to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively. Participants will learn:

Note: Managers and supervisors may also require manual handling training, as “officers” have an increased duty of care under the WHS Act 2011.
